Return to Hermits and Anchorites of England.

APPENDIX C : TABULATED LIST OF CELLS
Rotha Mary Clay, in her book The Hermits and Anchorites of England, includes a list of
Hermitages and Anchorages per county.  This list is too detailed to transcribe quickly, and
in an effort to make these pages available, I'm providing book page and table scans.

No PDF available yet.

Scroll down for list of cells.

For even more information about abbeys, monks and religious Orders, see Monastic Pages
and my abbey bookmark pages.
